To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate information and keep your account updated. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
OpenWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the service for internal business purposes. You must not use it for illegal purposes, decompile, interfere with it, or generate spam.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, protecting the security of your account and systems, the content you provide, and making necessary disclosures to contacts.
Some features require payments as per the relevant order form or invoice. Payments are non-refundable, and if you do not pay on time, we may suspend your access.
BotLand and all intellectual property rights belong to OpenWorks or its licensors. Any suggestions you submit may be used without obligation to you.
Your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain your rights over your data, but you grant us a license to process it and improve the service. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws.
Both parties must keep confidential information secret during and for three years after the end of the agreement.
These terms remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate them with notice. We may suspend your access for breaches, legal or security risks. Certain obligations survive termination.
The service is provided 'as is' and without any warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee accuracy or continuous availability.
OpenWorks will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or data. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify OpenWorks for any claim arising from your use of the service, breaches, or legal violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Vancouver under BCICAC rules.
We may modify the terms. You will be notified of any significant changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
These terms constitute the entire agreement. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may do so.
